Your domain is always registered in your name. With Starter or Build & Hand Over you own everything outright. On a Care Plan we host and manage the site for you.

Both Care Plans (Starter and full) have a 12-month minimum term. If you cancel within the first 12 months, you pay the remaining months and we hand the site over. After that, give 30 days’ notice and either take the site with you for a £150 handover fee, or we take it offline. Your domain is always yours.

Yes. We’ll build your first site from scratch, help you choose and register a domain in your name, and keep the running costs low from day one.

WordPress is great for some sites, but it needs constant updates, plugins and paid hosting. We build sites that are faster, more secure and much cheaper to run, with nothing for you to patch.

For most small business sites, hosting is free or close to it with our setup. Your main ongoing cost is your domain renewal, usually a few pounds a year.

Yes. We’ll move your content, set up redirects so you keep your Google rankings where possible, and transfer your domain into your name.

On the Care Plan, up to 1 hour of changes a month is included (30 minutes on the Starter Care Plan). If you own your site outright, changes are pay-as-you-go at £55 an hour, quoted before we start.

We’re typically live within a week once we have your content and access, such as your domain login. Bigger sites can take a little longer, and we’ll tell you up front.

No. Your old site stays live until the new one is ready, we switch over without a gap, and we don’t touch your email.

Yes. We’re based in east Kent, work with businesses across the UK, and do everything by phone, email or video call.

We can link to booking systems (as we did for Stay in Whitstable) and quote anything larger at a fixed price.
